School is boring. What can we do about it?

Learning should be fun, so why is school so dull?

Please join Raw Talent and Impact Hub Brixton for the first in a series of events on our education system. We’ll be discussing what’s going right, what’s going wrong, and what we can do about it.

  • How can teachers and kids achieve great things together?
  • How can we find new ways to learn that create sparks of inspiration, creativity and purpose?
  • How can education better connect to the world we live in – and help make the world we want to live in?

Whether you’re a student, parent, teacher, life-long learner, entrepreneur, policy maker, OFSTED manager, journalist, or citizen of the world, you’re invited along to learn, ask questions and have your say.

With contributions from: Andrew Morgan Principal of Space Studio West London (part of a new breed of studio schools); former outstanding teacher Joel Balkwill, now CEO of Spiral (which inspires young people through real life career challenges); young people themselves and other inspiring education innovators, this promises to be a lively and creative discussion – which will identify hot issues for future events.

We hope you can join us – please click the link to register

We look forward to seeing you there!

Abigail and Bex

PS We want the discussion to be as diverse as possible – so please share this invite with colleages, friends and networks.
